Shipping and Returns Policy

Tracking

All orders are sent fully tracked. You'll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Wrong Address

Please carefully check the shipping address you submitted to us. We're unable to change the address once your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for incorrect address submissions and the subsequent loss of the package and products. We will offer to reship your products at a reduced fee of $25 for orders under $100 and $50 for orders over $100. This offer is only available to customers within the United States.

Returns

This return policy is separate from any money-back guarantee policy.

We do not accept returns for non-faulty items. This is because we are unable to resell items that have been returned to us, regardless of their condition. Therefore, please ensure that you have made any inquiries before purchasing and are confident you wish to use the product(s).

If your item is faulty, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or a refund. Faulty items must be declared within 14 days of purchase.
